Since its establishment, the Company has rapidly expanded its operational team to 30 members. We adopt a globalized operational model, strategically positioning our staff and offices close to our clients to enhance responsiveness and service quality. Our core operational centers are based in Hong Kong and Shanghai, with our current team comprising 3 members in Hong Kong, 2 in Singapore, 2 in Tianjin, 2 in Changsha, 2 in Hohhot, 1 in Yixing, 3 in Haikou, and 15 in Shanghai.
Our organizational structure is designed for efficiency, with distinct divisions: front office, middle office, back office, and human resources. The front office drives marketing and business development, while the middle office focuses on compliance and risk management, overseeing financial resources and contract administration. The back office executes contract-related tasks, including documentation, logistics, customs clearance, and settlement, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods.

Managing Director
With a background in financial institution, Dicken Wong began his career as a Licensed Dealer in a Securities and Future trading firm, then he worked in Mitsui Bank, responsible for bond trading and marketing. In 1993, he joined a Hong Kong subsidiary company owned by a well known China state-owned steel enterprise. He left in 2018 and his last position was Deputy General Manager. With 25 years of executive experience in management and business development, he has built a wealth of management and operation skills in the field of international trading business and expertise in large scale commodity trading specializing in products of iron ore, steel, and non-ferrous metals.
Currently, he is the Managing Director of the Company, responsible for the overall management and administration of the Company.

Executive Director
With over 20 years in investment banking, Gavin Xing had worked at several international financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank (Asia), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (Asia), HSBC (Asia), and Deutsche Bank (Melbourne), as well as ANZ Bank (Melbourne). His specializes in securities and fixed-income products across finance, infrastructure, resources, and technology sectors throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, he is an expert in direct investment and corporate management, having held executive positions at companies listed on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange.
Currently, he is the Executive Director of the Company, managing the group’s financing operations, market research, and new project development.

General Manager
Fiona Sun has more than 20 years of experience in the non-ferrous metals industry, with a strong track record in overseas market development and group management. She was instrumental in establishing the copper division at Shanghai Jinjing Industrial Co., Ltd. in 2007 and co-founding Hong Kong East Success Enterprise Ltd. in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, she led the setup of EAGLE METAL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore, later serving as Deputy General Manager and Human Resources Director at EAGLE METAL Group.
Currently, she is the General Manager of the Company, managing all operational and administrative departments and formulating and implementing the Group’s business strategy.

Director of Trade Finance and Treasury Dept.
With more than 17 years of experience in the commodities sector, Zhenyu Wu is well-versed in commodity trading and hedging strategies, as well as domestic and international futures trading regulations. He has significant banking and financial services experience and previously worked at Shanghai Jinjing Industrial Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for establishing the futures department and building a cross-border financing team.
Currently, he is the Director of Trade Finance and Treasury Department in the Company.

Director of Finance Project Development
Donny Li has over 18 years of experience working in financial institutions. In the early stage of his career, he spent three years serving overseas financial institutions, including the Asia-Pacific regional headquarters of American Express in Singapore and its Greater China headquarters in Hong Kong. He also worked at ICBC Credit Cards (International) in Hong Kong. Subsequently, he spent more than a decade working in large domestic commercial banks and financial institutions, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and Industrial Securities, where he held senior management positions. Donny Li's past work experience spans multiple specialized areas, including personal finance, corporate and institutional banking, financial interbank business, and asset management. This has provided him with a profound understanding of the current development trends and future direction of the financial industry, enabling him to leverage his comprehensive business development capabilities across the entire financial sector.
Currently he is serving as the Director of Finance Project Development in the Company.

Head of Non-ferrous metals
Nina Ge has more than 16 years of experience in the non-ferrous metals sector, with in-depth knowledge of procurement and operations among downstream clients in North and East China. She excels in client development and relationship management.
Currently, she serves as the Head of the Non-Ferrous Metals Department in our Shanghai Office, responsible for domestic trade transactions.

Chief Dealer of Future and Hedging Desk
Qifeng Xue has more than 15 years of experience in the futures industry, previously serving as the Futures Dealer for China’s largest battery manufacturer, where he determined hedging strategies against price risk for the period from production till sales and accordingly set-up trading portfolio. After that, he had worked in well known enterprise of non-ferrous metals, acting as Dealer of off shore future markets.
Currently, he is the Chief Dealer of Future and Hedging Desk in the Company, focusing on creating effective hedging strategies against price risk of open position.

North China Regional Manager
Wei Wang has dedicated years to serving clients in factories across Tianjin, Hebei, and Shandong, gaining valuable insights into the Steel and Non-Ferrous Metals Industries in North China.
Currently, he is acting as North China Regional Manager of the Company, mostly stationed in Tianjin Rep. Office and responsible for marketing work in North China region.

South China Regional Manager
With 14 years of experience in the non-ferrous metals industry, Jianwu, Hu is well-versed in market dynamics of non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum, and zinc) and holds a futures qualification license. He is capable of designing hedging strategies and is responsible for collecting and analyzing industry chain data, participating in spot market research activities, and providing support for business decisions. With extensive experience in client development, he excels in communicating and collaborating with clients to maintain long-term partnerships. He primarily manages zinc ingot transactions for downstream manufacturers and traders in East China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai) and South China (Guangzhou, Foshan).
Currently, he is serving as the Manager of the South China Business Department in the Company and is based in Changsha.

Business Manager
With 5 years of experience in the Commodity Futures and over 10 years in the Non-ferrous Metals industry, Shimei, Yang possesses an in-depth understanding of downstream factories, importers, and smelter client bases in East and South China. He has extensive expertise in futures-spot integration, client research and development, and risk control.
Currently he is serving as the Business Manager of the Non-Ferrous Metals Department in the Company.
